Customers and other users
Email support@novasean.com or use the contact page, which includes the client-portal route. You can request a response from a person. Support email is imported into WHMCS; it is another submission method, not an independent route if that whole system is unavailable. You do not need to buy a service to contact us. The public website is not an emergency service.

Authorities and regulatory communications
The electronic contact point for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under Article 11 of the Digital Services Act is support@novasean.com. Use the subject “Authority request” and identify the authority, legal basis, case reference and response deadline. Communications may be in Dutch or English. Do not email bulk personal data or credentials; first ask for a suitable secure delivery route.

Prices and agreements
The offer must state the currency, billing period, set-up and recurring fees, applicable taxes, minimum term, renewal and cancellation conditions before you place an order. Where business prices exclude VAT, that must be stated. Account registration and a portfolio enquiry do not place a hosting order.
The legal catalogue distinguishes current notices, account terms and standard service documents. No industry certification or subscribed code of conduct is asserted by publishing these documents.
