The public website runs directly on Novasean-managed infrastructure at Worldstream in Naaldwijk, the Netherlands. The separate client portal runs on Novasean infrastructure at the same location. A portfolio enquiry is recorded only after you submit it from the portal.
The client-portal server is included in scheduled backups using the existing HostDZire service, which its supplier identifies as Montreal/Leaseweb in Canada. This does not guarantee that each new record already has a usable backup, that every copy has a fixed expiry date, or that all access takes place within the EU. A server's location alone does not tell you who employs every operator or supplier, which country they work in, or whether they can read the data.
Cloudflare provides the DNS service that directs visitors to the public website. Requests for website pages go directly to Novasean's server, without passing through Cloudflare's web proxy. The separate client portal and other services may use different delivery arrangements. Read the privacy statement and recipient information.
