Website and enquiry providers
- Novasean: operates the website and client portal and grants authorised operators access needed for their duties.
- Worldstream: supplies the location and infrastructure in the Netherlands for the public website and separate client portal.
- Cloudflare: provides the DNS service that directs visitors to the public website. Requests for website pages go directly to Novasean's server, without passing through Cloudflare's web proxy.
- WHMCS: provides the installed client-account software. Using that software does not, by itself, mean its vendor receives enquiry contents.
- HostDZire / Montreal–Leaseweb: supplies the existing Canadian backup service for the client-portal server, which may contain account and submitted enquiry records after backup completion.
Payment provider
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) is the Stripe contracting entity for our EEA payment services. Stripe, LLC (United States) is Stripe’s US parent company. We identify the parent to make the group relationship visible; its US location alone does not establish that every payment record is transferred there.
When a customer selects a Stripe payment method in the client portal, Stripe processes the payment and related fraud and security checks. Depending on the payment method and checkout interaction, the data involved may include the payer’s name, email address and billing address; the order reference, description, amount and currency; payment-method or bank-account details; and IP address, device identifiers or fraud signals collected by Stripe’s payment interface. Payment credentials entered into Stripe’s interface are provided to Stripe for the transaction. This payment route does not give Stripe access to the content hosted inside a customer’s VPS. Stripe may act as our processor for payment execution and as an independent controller for some regulatory, fraud-prevention and other purposes. See Stripe’s Privacy Center and data processing agreement for its current roles and affiliate arrangements.
The notification arrangements for portfolio enquiries apply only to those enquiries. Account-security messages, unrelated support, service communications and separate legal requests have their own purposes and recipients. The four-answer check uses fixed rules and does not send your answers to an AI model. See the privacy statement for the Canadian backup arrangements, retention and your rights.
