Legal pages use structured headings, text links and browser-readable content. You can use your browser’s save and print functions. The separate client portal and buying journey also need to be considered when assessing access to a service.
Assessment status
No complete independent WCAG or EN 301 549 conformity assessment is claimed by this page. Page-level checks cannot establish that the whole website, client portal or customer journey meets every accessibility requirement.
The European Accessibility Act can apply to consumer e-commerce services, subject to its actual scope and exemptions. A business-focused offer does not establish an exemption for an existing consumer journey. If a service falls within scope, the provider must supply the required accessible service information and meet the applicable functional requirements.
