WHMCS and your account

Novasean client-area password reset email not received?

Check the correct WHMCS sign-in email, mailbox and official reset form when a Novasean client-area reset message does not arrive.

Find the reset message

Use the official form with the sign-in user's email, which may differ from the invoice contact. Submission does not prove delivery.

Open the Novasean reset form from a trusted bookmark or the portal's Forgot Password link; the direct form is easier for keyboard use. Submit the sign-in user's email once, which may differ from the invoice contact in a multi-user account.

This form resets a client-area user password. It does not reset a DirectAdmin, Virtualizor, VPS, mailbox or domain-registrar password. If you already know your password but cannot pass two-factor authentication, follow the related account-security guide instead.

Check the mailbox before requesting again

  1. Confirm that you can receive new mail at the sign-in address. Send a harmless test message from another account if appropriate, and check whether the mailbox or domain is suspended, full or inaccessible.
  2. Search recent mail in Inbox, Junk or Spam, quarantine and any filtered folders for a Novasean or client-area password-reset message. Check mailbox rules and forwarding destinations. A security gateway may hold the message even when it is absent from your Inbox.
  3. Allow for normal delivery delay, then make one fresh request from the official form if you are confident that you used the correct address. Use the newest valid message and avoid repeatedly requesting links while diagnosing delivery.

Do not trust a reset link solely because a message has a Novasean name or logo. If a message is unexpected, navigate to the portal independently. Do not forward a reset link, password or one-time code to anyone, including someone claiming to be support.

Separate a missing message from another access problem

Wrong sign-in email or another authorised user

The user identity used to log in may not be the billing contact address. Check your original account invitation or a known-good portal message without sharing it publicly. If you are unsure which user has access to the client account, ask support to verify the authorised user and account relationship. Do not create a second client account merely to bypass recovery.

The registered inbox is unavailable

Recover the mailbox through its provider’s authorised process first if possible. If that cannot be done, contact Novasean through the published contact route and expect identity and authority checks before an account email or access change. A password-reset request cannot help if you cannot receive mail at the registered address.

A message arrives but the link fails

Open the latest link from the genuine message without rewriting its address. If it has expired, request a fresh link from the official portal. If it redirects to the wrong host or still fails, stop and give support the error text and approximate time; do not paste the link or token into a ticket. A link problem is distinct from the message never arriving.

Illustrative branch: a colleague receives billing messages while the sign-in user receives none. Confirm the actual login email and mailbox delivery before repeating the reset request.

Give support enough to investigate delivery

If a correct request still produces no message, contact Novasean through its published route. Provide the client account or service identifier you can safely disclose, the sign-in email address you used, the approximate request time and time zone, whether the mailbox receives other mail, and which folders or quarantine you checked. Describe any form confirmation or error without assuming that it proves a message was sent or delivered. Ask support to verify the user relationship and examine the portal’s sending and delivery evidence.

Do not include a password, reset URL or token, authenticator code, backup code or an unredacted mailbox export in your request. Novasean may need to verify your identity and authority before changing access. The time and exact checks depend on the account and the evidence; this guide does not promise immediate recovery.

A neutral reset-form response may avoid revealing whether an account exists; support must inspect delivery evidence after verifying account authority.

Confirm recovery and protect the account

After receiving a genuine reset message, set a new unique password using the official portal. Verify that you can sign in and see the expected client account. Keep two-factor authentication enabled, inspect authorised users if you have permission and secure the recovery mailbox. If the request was unexpected or you suspect account compromise, contact support through a known route and review the account and mailbox rather than using the unexpected message.

Can Novasean tell me my old password? No; use the reset or identity-verified recovery process. Does a form confirmation prove email delivery? No; the receiving mailbox and portal delivery path may still need checking. Should I reset every service password? No; the client-area login is separate from hosting-panel and server credentials.
