A server location does not identify who owns or controls its suppliers. Before commitment, a dated factsheet would need to identify the contracting entity and material infrastructure and backup supplier ownership and control. Those facts are not yet verified for a hosting offer.
Review the draft supplier informationEmployees and readable-data access
The proposed service model calls for Novasean employees, not an external management company. Their legal employer, work countries, roles, access to readable customer data, local-copy behaviour and restrictions still need evidence. Employee location and access are distinct from server location; neither establishes EU-only access.
Keep domain authority
The agency or end customer would name an authorised domain controller and retain a practical route to change DNS or authorise transfer. Domain registration and customer DNS administration are outside this candidate; the exact access and recovery route would need checking before onboarding.
Choose authorised users
Your native client account controls its associated users. Enquiry access requires support-ticket permission on the selected account. Review permissions and substitutes carefully.
Plan and test a usable export
Before a hosting service, agree the required files, database exports, configuration inventory, versions, dependencies, licences and restore instructions. An authorised substitute would need to restore them in a compatible separate environment, and the agency would validate application behaviour. This enquiry has not established that such a restore works.
Agree the exit route
Timing, assistance, applicable charges and retention must be clear before commitment. This page does not promise free or immediate migration.
