The public website has no password, payment or upload form. It accepts four answers from fixed choices and keeps an eligible selection in the browser tab. Before opening the review page in the client portal, it checks whether the enquiry service is available without sending those answers in the check.
Submitting an enquiry requires you to be signed in and have support permission for the selected client account. Anti-forgery checks help prevent another website from submitting a request through your signed-in session. The server accepts only the four expected categories and takes your user and account identity from the portal session. It records a submission identifier before creating an enquiry, then checks that the enquiry exists before showing a receipt. If the same identifier is submitted again, the server checks the previous result to avoid creating a duplicate. A reference or status does not confirm a hosting order, suitability or a recovery promise.
Replies or attachments in the client portal may contain further information. Do not send medical personal data, passwords, payment details or information you are not authorised to share. If you send such material accidentally, stop copying it and use the privacy or legal contact route with only the identifying information needed. Legal duties to handle incidents and give required notifications still apply.
If the result is unclear, check the result page and support history in your account before starting a new request. If you still cannot confirm whether it was received, contact us before submitting it again.
