1. Operator and purpose
NovaSEAN is a trading name of the sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42050491. Registered business address: Karekietstraat 18, 1431WP Aalsmeer.
A new account lets you sign in to the native client portal, manage the access available to you and send or follow non-binding enquiries. Creating the account does not incur a hosting charge, create an order, invoice, payment or service, or confirm capacity or availability. A later service requires its own applicable scope and terms.
2. Account information and authority
Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. Use only accounts you are authorised to access. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. An account owner is responsible for choosing associated users and permissions and removing access that is no longer needed. Your selected client account determines which enquiries you can access; enquiry access requires its support-ticket permission.
3. What an enquiry means
The portfolio enquiry records four categorical answers for one to five business-information or lead-generation websites with an agency application owner and no medical personal data. Its automated check confirms the recorded categories only. A reference, receipt, open status or reply is not a quotation, acceptance of a service order, promise of suitability, or agreement to provide hosting.
Check the on-screen result and your native support history. If an outcome is uncertain, reuse the same correlation and answers before starting another request. No personal follow-up time is promised by this route. Your enquiry content is not forwarded to an AI model.
4. Permitted information and use
Use the account and enquiry route lawfully and without interfering with other users or the service. Do not submit medical personal data, credentials, payment details or information you are not authorised to share. Submit only the information needed for your request. Native replies and attachments remain subject to this boundary.
Where necessary to address misuse, security or legal obligations, Novasean may restrict the affected account or function proportionately. Such a restriction does not remove mandatory rights or automatically change an existing paid-service agreement.
5. Privacy, contact and account requests
The privacy notice explains personal-data processing, recipients, retention and rights. Agreeing to these account terms is not consent to optional marketing, an AI service, or a replacement for the applicable legal basis for processing.
Use the contact routes for account, enquiry, privacy or legal requests. If the portal is unavailable, write to the registered business address above. A request to close an account does not itself cancel an existing service or override records that must lawfully be retained.
6. Prospective scope and existing rights
This version applies only when presented and affirmatively accepted during a new account registration. It does not retrospectively amend an existing account or service agreement. We record the accepted document version, its content digest and the acceptance time with the new account. A later material change requires its own appropriate notice and agreement where required; this document grants no unrestricted right to rewrite existing agreements.
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. These terms contain no hosting SLA, subscription, agreed price, liability exclusion or waiver of a right to complain.
