Proposed inclusions, if agreed

Supported operating system, runtime and database-engine lifecycle.
Web-service configuration, resource oversight, platform fault triage and hosted-site certificate lifecycle.
Defined platform recovery, subject to an agreed scope and demonstrated capability.

Outside this candidate

Application, plugin, theme, content and database-query changes or repairs.
Mailboxes, transactional email, domain registration and customer DNS administration.
Medical personal data, checkout, membership platforms, custom workers and arbitrary server software.

Admission checks before any service

One to five business-information or lead-generation sites, with an agency application owner and substitute.
Supported versions, resource needs, dependencies, defects and licences.
Migration, cutover, rollback, data handling and agency acceptance; unsupported sites cannot be admitted.

The count is enquiry information, not measured capacity, a billing quantity or a promise to host all five sites. Suitability, price and availability require separate review and agreement. See the responsibility boundary.
