[https://novasean.com/legal] Legal and trust documents Legal and trust Service portability register Export information must describe the service you actually buy.Service-specific information required This page identifies the information needed for a completed service document. It does not supply missing facts or confirm an arrangement for your service. On this page • Current register status • Information required for each service entry • Account and enquiry records Current register status No verified, service-specific export format or tested migration capability for the new VPS offer is published in this register yet. Do not assume that a downloadable VM image, provider snapshot or automated migration tool is available. Before a covered service is contracted, its completed entry must identify the actual exportable data, digital assets, formats, methods, technical restrictions and retrieval arrangements. This page alone does not satisfy that service-specific information requirement. Existing customers can ask [mailto:support@novasean.com] support@novasean.com for the information and export arrangements for their service. Missing published details do not remove a statutory switching right. See [https://novasean.com/legal/switching-and-exit] switching and exit terms. Information required for each service entry Service and version Exact service name and version, service type, provider role, infrastructure or managed components, and date checked. Exportable data Every available category of customer input, output and relevant metadata; application files, databases, configuration and other digital assets where held within the service. Identify any provider-internal category excluded on a valid statutory ground. Formats and structures Actual data structures, file or image formats, database export formats, interfaces, applicable standards and open interoperability specifications. State versions and dependencies. Access and method Who can request an export, identity checks, secure transfer method, documentation, required destination information and responsibility for each step. Restrictions and risks Known size, bandwidth, compatibility, licensing, key, encryption, application and destination limitations; continuity risks and reasonable mitigation. Times and retention Notice and transition clocks, retrieval access of at least the applicable statutory minimum, termination event, erasure and residual-copy treatment. Validation and charges Date and scope of a representative export/retrieval test, remaining exceptions, and any lawfully disclosed pre-2027 switching charge. Account and enquiry records The website’s four-answer selection is temporary browser-tab storage. Submitted enquiry and account records are handled by the client portal. A GDPR access or portability request is a separate right with its own conditions; email [mailto:privacy@novasean.com] privacy@novasean.com. This page does not promise that every account record falls within GDPR portability or the Data Act’s cloud-switching scope. Published 4 October 2026 · Version portability-register-2026-10-04-v1.
